Biofarma (the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announces that Marco Malaguti has decided to step down as General Manager of the Group due to personal reasons. The resignation will be effective as of March 1, 2023.
Concurrently, effective as of March 1, 2023, Alberto Urli will take on a leadership role in overseeing all Italian manufacturing sites, after very strong performance delivered as Manager of the Mereto plant since his entry in Biofarma.
