On 14 February 2020, the merger between Biofarma and Nutrilinea was finalised, giving rise to the Biofarma Group, a new, highly competitive industrial reality in the formulation, production and packaging of cosmetics, food supplements, probiotic-based drugs and medical devices.
The new Group also includes the companies Apharm, Claire and Pharcoterm, which are also important players in the sector.
