The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of the HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. This certification is an important achievement for Biofarma and confirms the success of the HR policies which have been developed in the company over the last few years. It rewards synergies, commitment and the ability to cooperate at all levels of the organization, demonstrating that the HR function is a strategic business partner in achieving corporate goals.
In Biofarma the certification process has involved all the Italian branches of the Group, including approximately a thousand employees (the most part of the global workforce, which is currently over fifteen hundred empoyees, spread across 8 locations on three continents), with an average age of 37, a significant presence of under thirty (30% of the company’s population) and an expected further growth in headcount throughout the 2024.
